Who We Are
Severn Capital is a Singapore-headquartered private investment and strategic transactions platform operating across Asia and the London public markets.
The firm acts as principal, committing its own capital alongside selected partners across private investments, listed-company transactions and selected strategic mandates.
Severn invests selectively where there is a clear alignment of capital, counterparties and execution, with an emphasis on situations where the firm can play an active role in both the transaction and the development of the underlying business.
Its activities span healthcare and diagnostics, laboratory services, technology, selected real assets and public-market transactions, drawing on long-standing relationships across Singapore, Hong Kong, London and key Asian markets.
